Have been going there for the past year and we are super happy with the service. The coaches are so patient and understanding with the kids and move at their level. Hope showed such patience with my youngest child and was so kind to her. She was very patient in trying to get her to float independently and my child never felt pushed or rushed. Very glad the kids found a swim school that fits their needs.

Our 3 daughters have been swimming in this program since last November, and it has been an amazing experience for them. They have grown as swimmers, far more in their few short months here, than they ever did in their YEARS at the YMCA. We are so happy we started this program and so are our girls! Every coach has been truly wonderful as well. You can tell they want to be there, and give effective, immediate feedback in a kind demeanor. We especially want to acknowledge Coach Leila! As awesome as the program is, our youngest has struggled with wanting to be there. Every week was a battle of her begging not to go. Once we got there she was always fine and willing to go in, but mostly looked unengaged. We were so happy when she passed to level 4 hoping maybe she would enjoy the independent swimming more, and what a positive change it has been for her. She loves to go now and says every Saturday morning, "I hope I have Coach Leila again. She is so nice!" Pipers whole body language has changed. She is sitting tall, actively listening to every word Leila says, and engaging with the directions given, but most importantly she is smiling now! Piper even did 2 lessons in a row for a makeup session and she was happy to go right back as soon as she saw Leila was going to be her coach again. Leila has been so encouraging and inspiring for Piper! We are incredibly grateful for her. We hope she knows the difference she is making in these kids lives everyday! She is a blessing and a special shining star to children like Piper.

We have all three of our children (ages 9, 7, and 5) at Swim America Ozaukee. We love the festive atmosphere and that all of our kids can take lessons at the same time. Also great is that they can advance whenever they are ready. The swim instructors have all been great. Hope was great working with our youngest daughter in level 2, and Vivienne was also so kind when our daughter was having trouble with her goggles and was starting to panic. Vivienne and Hope’s kindness really helped our daughter to be comfortable in her lessons. Overall, a great, well run program with excellent staff. I highly recommend it!

We were so impressed with how personal and welcoming our experience was from the moment we entered. Our daughters have a major fear of water but everyone was patient and understanding of their needs. Huge shoutout to Hope who worked tirelessly to give our four year old the confidence to do hard things and the reminder to be brave. She adored her so much we often played swim lessons at home and she was “Coach Hope.” That being said, all of the instructors were kind, empathetic and encouraging. So amazing to see our young adults taking on such an impactful role.

We’ve done the public pools lessons in Ozaukee, YMCA lessons, and then SwimAmerica Oz. SwimAmerica is so beyond any of those. They are so organized and have great flow and structure to the lessons. They take it seriously, even the instructors who are teenagers, are so professional and wonderful. I like that they have people walking around making sure the kids stay on track and focused. Their response time to emails or questions is very quick. My child is having a hard time in the water and I’ve never felt they look down on that or give up on her. I love everything about SwimAmerica.
