Toni, the maintenance guy is a gem and great asset to your organization.

This gym desperately needs better cardio machines. The ellipticals are very outdated and janky. Theres 1 good one and that one acts up sometimes. Need arc trainers. This is like stuff they picked up off the curb someone was throwing out

No pools, but everything else is great. They have large indoor tennis courts, lots of fitness equipment, a basketball court. The child watch area is great for the kids.

Front desk (Ben) shut our tennis court lights off as soon as our court time was up in order to force us out of there. It was pitch dark until we had to find our way to the main lobby. We weren’t allowed any time to pack as the light were shut within one minute after the court time end. Friend hit the wall trying to find his way out. Once we asked what was going on, the staff was unprofessional and told us “We needed you guys to leave”. I was dismissed by front desk without an apology and was told the manager would call me. Nobody called. Complete liability disaster as this club has kids and elderly people playing tennis, as well.

I have been a member for 2.5 years. The front desk people are nice. I joined primarily for winter tennis only. My complaint is that the tennis rates have increased again recently beyond normal adjustments by the new owner during a pandemic that has negatively affected the incomes and work benefits of many members. This is quite disappointing.
