Summer Fun! is a three-week performing and visual arts day camp in Seattle for kids ages 7-13. Campers assemble in age groups with counselors and rotate through 40-60 minute classes in drama, music, art, and movement, with the three weeks building toward an original musical performance. Snack breaks come morning and afternoon, and lunch and breaks are outdoors with kickball, frisbee, and four square. The camp runs as a single multi-week session rather than as weekly drop-in camps.

My daughter has gone to Summer Fun the last four years and absolutely loves it! It has been such an enriching experience in her life and the sense of acceptance and community created by this program is top notch.
I cannot praise this summer camp enough! My daughter lives for this experience every summer. She talks about it all year. It's a 3 week day camp where campers learn an entire original musical and perform it on the last evening. The experience combines art, music, dance, acting--and is a whole lot of fun for the campers along the way. Oh--and my daughter happens to be blind, so requires extra help getting around and orienting. From the very first year we enrolled her, the attitude from the staff was positive and willing to make it work, despite the fact they'd never had a blind camper before. Every camp I tear up multiple times over how inclusive they are, how loving, and how empowering they are. This is an amazing experience for any kid. Oh--and the performances are top notch for a children's theater production. I'm not a big fan of kid theater (I tend to avoid high school musical productions), but I'm always blown away by the quality of these performances. Give your child the gift of this camp--you won't regret it!
