Our daughter left early from ballet one evening due to a scheduled doctor’s appointment, which we communicated and have medical documentation for. Despite this, the studio made assumptions about the reason she left and ultimately made a decision based on information that was never verified with us. This was not the first time we were accused of “parent behavior” without proper discussion or factual understanding. Previous accusations were also documented as unfounded in email correspondence. As dance parents, we value communication, transparency, and fairness. Unfortunately, we did not experience those qualities here. Decisions felt reactive rather than fact-based, and concerns were not handled in a constructive or respectful manner. We had hoped for a supportive, professional environment focused on the dancers’ growth. That was not our experience.

The instructors at Studio 3:23 wrapped them in love, and build them up every class. My girl’s confidence levels have dramatically improved. They even competed in their first competition recently, and although they were nervous, they had a BLAST and said they could not wait to get back on stage! This was never the case at the last studio we tried, and I truly credit that to the amazing instructors at 3:23! We are so blessed to have some of the most qualified and highly trained, but also compassionate and loving instructors in DFW! I can’t imagine my dancers being anywhere else!
