As a parent, I can’t say enough good things about STEM NOLA. My child comes home excited after every event, talking about what they built, tested, and discovered. The team makes learning fun, welcoming, and confidence-building. It’s more than a program — it’s an experience that sparks a real love for STEM. Highly recommended for any family!

I would give 0 star review if I coiuld. placed an order for a hovercraft kit on December 3rd and paid for expedited shipping, yet my payment was left unclaimed for weeks and I received no tracking, no updates, and no response from the seller. This store is incompetent, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. Their handling of a simple online transaction shows utter disregard for customers and basic business ethics. I had to cancel my payment myself because they clearly couldn’t manage even the simplest task. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Their operations are sloppy, dishonest, and shocking in 2025. Consider this a warning to anyone thinking of doing business here.

I asked for a refund bc my son can’t attend the week I signed up for, and I didn’t hear back from them for over 2 months despite sending multiple messages. Then I finally gave up waiting and filed a dispute with my credit card and then Samantha sent me this awful passive aggressive email saying that she cancelled the other week I had signed my son up for too (I can only assume she did this in retaliation for wanting a refund even though the website says that it’s ok to cancel and get a refund) and that she’d refunded the money for that week too. But that was 10 days ago and I still never got that back either. I wouldn’t deal with these people again, they’re way too disorganized and want to blame that on everyone but themselves.

This sterling program is next door to my office. In learning about their approach to educating people in disciplines like math, science, engineering and modern technology I'm favorably impressed by the actual applications of learning they facilitate.

STEM NOLA offers great programs that introduce children to the concept of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math. Participants are even able to do a make and take during the sessions! This one was a hover craft to demonstrate the effects of friction. This is great progam!!!
