Called to have my membership cancelled within my 30 days and the lady Melinda white Spencer said that it was fine and said it would take 10 business days. Well here we are 3 weeks later, no refund or membership and I call back to which now only the director can confirm but the director wasn’t needed when I cancelled! So now I’m screwed either way. Either she process the refund and I have to wait two more weeks, or she doesn’t and my membership is cancelled for nothing. Thanks ymca and thanks Melinda for showing capitalism always wins.

Only pool in Statesville it is what it is. Facility is outdated. No sauna, no hot tub, showers are outdated and paint is peeling, ants near the the edge of the pool. Workout area only has one bench for weight lifting. Does not offer leg bench press just basic treadmill, a row machine and cycling machine and elliptical machine. Price range could be cheaper.

This rinky-dink YMCA has always sucked. It is nasty and the sparse equipment that they have is always broken. The pool will make you sick. BEWARE!

This is an old y but it is a good one. Everybody is very nice. They keep the machine's working and the area clean. We love it.
