Stage Door Arts Academy is a dance and theater studio in North Mount Pleasant, SC, teaching ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, contemporary and acro alongside acting, musical theater, improv, set design and voice. Its fall youth schedule runs Monday through Thursday afternoons and evenings and Saturday mornings, with classes grouped by age from 3 and under up to 18 and tuition paid monthly. Theater Troupe students in 1st through 12th grade have the chance to perform in a full-scale stage production each year, and the Stage Door Collective is the studio's competition team, which holds auditions. In summer the studio runs dance and theater camps for ages 5 to 7 and 8 to 11, along with dance intensives.
