We not Me. That is the Hitmen motto and they live up to it. What sets the Hitmen apart is heart. They believe in not only making good ball players but making good humans. Lessons for on and off the field. Their training style and approach is top notch and the growth we have seen in our son in a mere three months makes me excited for what is to come. As the coaches will say they are grateful for the opportunity to coach our kids, we say we are grateful for the opportunity for our child to be exposed to such sportsmanship, skill and strategy. My son has shown a substantial amount of growth since joining the Hitmen organization last fall. Development is the keystone of their success, but it’s not just about making kids better athletes. On the field, their coaches hold them to a high standard of performance, supporting them in this pursuit with positivity and encouragement. There is a also huge emphasis on being good teammates and good citizens. My son was recently asked what he feels sets the Hitmen apart. What he described was the feeling of community that has evolved within the organization. All of the Hitmen athletes are incredibly supportive of each other, no matter what their age. At any Hitmen game, you will see many kids from other Hitmen teams cheering on their friends from the sidelines. I won’t be surprised if the bonds my son has created with these kids will last well passed his travel-ball days!

The Hitmen organization is all of five stars and then some. Our son plays on a new formed 13U team and from day one we were surrounded by an amazing level of positivity. The coaches and trainers are extremely encouraging in their development approach and it shows on the field. When the kids feel valued they play their best.
