Yulia does not speak English and makes up rules. She kicked my son for being a week late and we have been customers for over a year because she does not understand anything. Why have a late fee on the contract if your going to kick us for being late? I will find someone more professional. She has mis posted my payments multiple times. Don't trust this "non-profit"
