Sport Lab CA is a baseball and softball training facility in Elk Grove with a full gym and six cages for hitting, pitching, and catching. Led by former Major Leaguer David Hernandez, it offers private lessons, group coaching classes, team practices, and strength and agility training, using a testing-based development plan for each athlete.

My son has came here since they opened and has improved his game. Pitching classes are very good with great instruction from former and current high level pitchers.
