My daughter really enjoys the classes and was just moved up to Super Spirt. She was terrified and unsure of where to go, and Coach Sadie saw she was struggling and visibly upset. She sat with her until she was comfortable, talked her through what to expect, and walked her into the gym when she was ready. Her compassion and efforts gave my little gymnast the courage she needed. Thank you for being a rock star and top-notch role model!

We absolutely love this place! The philosophy and concept behind the program are truly amazing — it’s not just about gymnastics, but about building confidence, independence, and a love for movement through play. The environment is warm, welcoming, and very thoughtfully designed for kids. You can really see how engaged and happy the children are. Our kids enjoy every visit, and it makes such a difference. Highly recommend to any family looking for more than just a typical gymnastics class!

My oldest daughter has been attending spirit for over a year now and she loves it we first started in the younger class with Ms Stephanie and she was so amazing. Now she has Ms. Kristie who is also just so good with the 4 year olds, my daughter looks forward to going to the new facility and seeing her friends and teachers. All of the families who go to spirit are also just so inviting and friendly. It truly feels like a big family. Can’t wait to start my youngest daughter here in a couple years.

We have been very happy at Spirit. We started here over a year ago. My girls are young so we have experienced daytime preschool classes and advancement upwards to intermediate classes in the evenings. The new space is so great, spacious and accommodating. The staff have been incredible and great and seem well trained to deal with little ones who have a hard time adjusting (my youngest was scared to start at all and then again when she moved classes but both teachers were so caring and welcoming). Definitely recommend!

Signed up and took my 4 year old daughter to her first class. The air conditioning was broken so it was extremely hot. The coach talked to the kids about the Olympics for 30 out of the 40 minute class so they only got 10 minutes of actual gymnastics. Then, to top it off, the coaches assistant did not spot my daughter while doing a flip on the bar and she fell, hitting the back of her head and straining her neck. These are very young girls that are not trained. Do not trust them with your babies as serious injury could occur!!!
