We truly can’t say enough good things about Spartan Gymnastics. From the moment you walk through the doors, it’s clear that this is a special place. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, well maintained, and equipped with state of the art equipment that provides athletes of all ages and levels with an incredible environment to learn and grow. What sets this gym apart, though, is the people. The coaches are exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to helping every athlete reach their potential. More importantly, they genuinely care about the kids. My oldest daughter is on team and spends a significant amount of time here. I have complete confidence leaving her in their care because I know they’re doing more than teaching gymnastics. They are helping shape confident, respectful, hardworking young people and reinforcing many of the same values we strive to teach at home. One of the things I love most is the family atmosphere. Even coaches who are not directly assigned to my daughters know them by name, greet them with kindness, encourage them, and treat them like they’re part of their gym family. That sense of community is something you can’t manufacture. It’s built through years of caring leadership and a culture that puts kids first. Over the years with 3 girls, we’ve experienced just about everything this gym has to offer, including toddler classes, recreational classes, clinics, birthday parties, team practices, and competitions. We’ve attended meets as athletes, spectators, and volunteers, which has given us a unique perspective on how this program operates. The professionalism and organization behind their events are second to none. Every detail is thoughtfully planned, and it’s truly impressive to see what a well oiled machine they have created. The owners, Ben & Elaina, are some of the kindest, most thoughtful people you could ever hope to trust with your child. On a personal note, I love that my daughters get to grow up seeing Elaina lead this incredible business. She is an absolute powerhouse. Strong, hardworking, compassionate, and endlessly dedicated to the kids in her care. As a girl mom, it means so much to me that my daughters have women like her to look up to. She’s proof that you can be a successful leader, build something amazing, and still lead with kindness and heart. This gym has become so much more than a place where my daughters practice gymnastics. It’s a second home. We are incredibly grateful to be part of such an amazing community and would recommend it without hesitation to any family looking for a place where their child can grow, thrive, and be genuinely cared for.

The Largest & Cleanest Gymnastics center in Central NJ with the absolute strongest team of coaches. This gym offers competitive programs for Xcel, USAG, Cheer, Recreational programs, Pre-team, Mens Gymnastics, Ninja classes, Summer camps & Birthday parties. The facility is also the host gym for several local High School Teams. Most importantly, the coaching staff are 5 stars across the board - every athlete has a great experience learning gymnastics and having fun.

My 10-year-old daughter attended what turned out to be her final private session with Coach Jason at this gym. When we arrived, the owner personally instructed us to go into the gym while we waited for the coach. My daughter began stretching and doing light warm-ups/flips on the mat while another instructor was present setting up. The owner walked in and out of the gym multiple times and clearly saw what my daughter was doing, yet never once said it was unsafe, against policy, or that she needed to stop. When Coach Jason arrived, he immediately came in yelling aggressively at my daughter to get off the mat and sit on the bleachers. His tone was shockingly harsh toward a respectful 10-year-old child who was simply following the direction we had been given. My daughter immediately became upset and started crying. I calmly explained that we had been told by the owner to go into the gym and that we genuinely did not know there was a rule prohibiting her from being on the mat before he arrived. I made it very clear I was not arguing the rule itself. Safety rules are important and should absolutely be followed. The issue was the way he chose to handle the situation and speak to a child. Instead of calming the situation, Jason continued escalating. He angrily referenced unrelated past issues, including a prior phone call I had made regarding class matters, which made it very clear he had been harboring resentment long before this incident. He then turned to my daughter, who was already crying, and said in an angry tone: “Get off the mat. This session isn’t happening. You can go home.” At that point, my daughter was hysterical, humiliated, and emotionally devastated. She was supposed to remain for class afterward, but there was no possible way after being treated like that. As a parent, watching an adult in a position of authority berate and intimidate a child to the point of hysterics was honestly appalling. Children in sports need discipline, structure, and correction when necessary — but they also deserve patience, professionalism, and emotional maturity from the adults coaching them. The most troubling part is that this entire situation stemmed from directions given by the owner herself, yet somehow my child became the target of anger and humiliation. My daughter will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this gym to other families after this experience.

Very nice facility, clean with good equipment. Not a great venue to be a spectator, as it was not built for this purpose. The kids who enroll here seem to do well, but I have no knowledge of staff or coaching abilities beyond that, but if you are considering gymnastics as an activity for your child, definitely check this place out!
