Staff were very rude we had booked for my nephew at 7pm when we were trying to hurry and get him to open his gifts the lady came up stairs said it was time to go instead of giving him a few mins to get his things together threw all of the things my brother wanted to keep in the trash before asking. Yelling at the kids for doing stuff wouldn’t let any adults be in anything

This place has to make great money with what they charge but can’t hire someone to clean the place. You can’t even stand in the waiting area to watch your child because the bathrooms smell so bad. It’s also very sad that they can’t even fix a water fountain when it’s a sports facility. Every office employee is rude and can’t bother to smile or say hello to people - rude to small kids and adults. This truly is a terrible place, if it wasn’t the only facility in the area it wouldn’t be in business. Do not recommend at all.

This place smells like sweaty feet really bad. It is almost unbearable. The staff is rude. I took my child to a birthday party there she broke out in a rash all over her body right after leaving there. I would say they never clean. Also, i don't know why anyone would pay 175 to have a 2 hour birthday party at a place like this. This place does not even deserve a 1 star. I use to take my kids there and it did not smell and never got rash but now it smells and does not get cleaned.

Family had an amazing time! I got stuck in the foam pit though LOL Y'all need a straight ladder to shove down into the pit for us chubby adults who get too brazen hahahaha!
