My daughter has been training at Bozhi’s Gymnest for 4 years and on competitive teams for 3. The coaches are wonderful, and my daughter has learned way more than gymnastics at Bozhi’s, including discipline, commitment, confidence, perseverance to stand back up and try again when she fails, how to support friends/teammates and most importantly how to cheer for and compete alongside, not against other girls. All three years on teams she has emerged as a state champion in her level, and this past year won at the regional level with the top gymnasts from 7 other states, all thanks to the coaching she receives at Bozhi’s.
