Very popular for birthday parties. 💯🎉🤪 Kids always have fun.

I scheduled my son’s 5th birthday party here (also had his 4th birthday here) the pricing is not cheap. Due to the recent snow storm and poor weather conditions they called to cancel his party (I agreed), I had paid a $100 deposit to book and they are refusing to refund it because it’s “non-refundable” they offered two other dates that don’t work for my family… mind you, I am in my last trimester pregnant with twins and have complications so it’s difficult to plan ahead. I will be telling my friends and family not to book their services and I will also be sharing this poor experience on social media. They could’ve done the right thing and not contributed to more stress on myself/family but they didn’t. Poor, disgraceful customer service for a business.

This place isn’t mediocre, it’s worse. We joined the toddler class hoping for two things: socialization for my son and some movement added to our routine. What we got was far from that. The toddler class was honestly the worst experience I’ve seen. The instructor isn’t really a teacher and clearly has no experience with kids. I’ll leave it at that. Be prepared to pay $70/month to watch your toddler act wild while maybe learning a tiny bit, mainly because you’re trying to get them to pay attention. Don’t waste your money. From one mom to another, find somewhere else.

Seems everyone likes this place for party’s BUT I had a different experience there. Mine was with the gymnastics classes and the cancellation policy that I vaguely remember but the clause was there. So after my granddaughter missing two straight months of classes I missed the date to call and cancel her classes by a few days , and they still saw the need to bill me for an additional month. All together I was billed a total of 3 months that she didn’t attend any classes there and I guess I thought they’d have a heart and give me a break on the last month. It was a hard lesson to learn that maybe she’ll be a better dancer than a gymnast and I’m not positive about that, but I sure won’t be going back here to find out what her likes are!! Js that you can’t satisfy all of the people all of the time, and being greedy will never satisfy anyone

Had my 2 year olds party there and they booked a 4 year olds party at the same time. That's fine. They also booked a 10 year olds party that ended up having 50+ kids. Terrible management of having those age ranges together on the same day. The 10+ year olds had ZERO adult supervision and it was a free for all. They were playing tackle football, soccer, and throwing mats at each other. Ridiculous to have that many older children running free when they know there are little ones trying to have parties too. I cannot recommend this place. Its too expensive to put up with that.
