Powered by GoogleI'd recommend this place for everyone. The staff are approachable, helpful and friendly here. The swimming pool is neatly maintained.
To me the YMCA has been a lifesaver!! parents have it really hard!!! and they have been so helpful and they’re very kind and generous. I am truly grateful for this program and I appreciate every single one!!!
The staff is amazing. The facilities has equipment and programs to help everyone stay fit and healthy.
I like the instructor, she has combination of orobic, stretching, and weight lifting. And the music she chooses also was good and motivating. I like that the class is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. I was going to mostly all of them, but recently joined a line dance class on Tuesday. It would be great if the YMCA has something like line dance for seniors. Not only exercises the body but also the brain. Also, the location is good for me and doesn't take me long to get there.
If I had to describe South Valley YMCA Swim Lessons in one word, it would be *legit*. We’ve done swim lessons with the kids in 3 different locations around the bay before finding SVYMCA and we’ll tell everyone who will listen that this is the place to take your kids to actually LEARN to swim. We’re moving and are still considering how we can figure out getting back over there for just swim lessons. (Though we’ve been members there and it’s true of ALL their offerings.) To put it mildly, we are fans.
