SLST has great communication and an enthusiastic group of coaches who are skilled at improving swimmers. Not only were they able to get her in the water they make things look so much fun that she forgets to be afraid. The improvement we have seen in her swimming ability has been fast as well. She's learned all the major strokes, how they work technically, and even competed in her first meet. Coach Kaci has helped her improve her form and gain valuable core and body strength. She went from plugging her nose with one hand while doggie paddling in the baby pool to an awesome butterfly in the "big kid pool" in just the span of a few weeks. Finally they have a flexible schedule, reasonable prices and plenty of opportunities to get involved with a true team. Highly recommend!
