South Kitsap Southern Little League is a chartered Little League in Olalla serving roughly 180 children from the Olalla, Mullenix, Burley Glenwood and Hidden Creek elementary school areas, with divisions from Tee Ball and coach-pitch Prep through Minors, Majors and All-Stars for ages 8 to 16. All divisions begin practice in March, games run from about April 1 to June 1, a week-long tournament follows in mid-June, and All-Star play extends into July, so it operates as a season rather than a summer camp. The league runs free drop-in fall baseball camps that need no registration and welcome kids from any league, and low-income assistance is available for registration.

The facility has been maintained well, the aroma from the grill couldn't be matched anywhere, and the location will remind you of what a beautiful, rural area we live in. Great place to visit even if don't have someone playing in the game. Hats off to all the volunteers who make this happen.
