I wish the aquatic center offered lessons more than two or three months out the year. Lessons should be year round seeing it’s a year round pool. It will say to be announced online or not have any info available until the day registration begins then it fills up in literally minutes. It’s very annoying. Swimming is important especially to our young kids of color that have a higher possibly of never learning to swim and people are willing to pay. Get more instructors please….

They really need to be 0 stars. The customer service is horrible. How do you not have tables and chairs set up for when people rent the event room? Why DO I HAVE TO SET UP AND BREAK DOWN YOUR TABLES. That’s not in a contract…. Why do I have to pay extra time to set up and break down YOUR TABLES AND CHAIRS?????

Was turned away cause I was being two kids to work out during open gym, never have had this issue here or any other gym, bootsward, taylorfarm, boundary waters, deer lick park, all better options and employees are much more welcoming

I'm only giving 5 stars because the "receptionist" was a man, don't want to dismasculine him......he was nice kind and polite... eventhough I had a straight attitude!!! UPDATE YOU ALLS OPEN AND CLOSE!!!!!!!!! IMMEDIATELY... YOU ALL CLOSE AT 5... IT SAYS 3 TO 6... YOUR EXEMPLARY employee said 2 TO 5.. YALL NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER....ALL THE WAY. YOUR INITIAL OPEN SAYS 11 TO 2 AND THEN OPEN AGAIN AT 3.. AND THEN YOU ALL HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE UN UN.. $12 FOR 15/20 STOOOOP IIT!!

My children loves our visit. On hot days this is a fun place to cool down. The life guards are a bit young and they a very strict on safety. But other than that and over all fun adventure for the family
