I came here for a military widows retreat this past weekend and had such an eye opening experience. My husband passed away just last year and this past year has been so incredibly hard on my two small kids and I. We've seen pure evil from his family and the challenges that come along with it along with the agonizing pain of losing our loved one. I have found that God is protecting my kids and I now. Exodus 22:22–24 Laura is an incredible host. She is such a light source and selfless. I am at awe with her service to others. Our retreat experience was incredibly uplifting and beautiful. She's incredibly attentive and aware. I felt comfortable sharing my story with her and felt relieved to do so. I also got to see the Northern Lights for the first time EVER in my life! It was so beautiful! The staffers were amazing. I'm vegan and they were able to accommodate with delicious meals. They were all very kind and humble. I felt like I was at home. The grounds are very well kept up onand very clean. Just beautiful place all together. There's so much to do and see here and I'm grateful for this experience and will be back again. "Let go and let God!" Thank you so much!

If you are a family or group that wants a high adventure, quality time away from the distractions of life to focus on your relationships and self-reflection, this is the place for you. An oasis from the modern busyness we are accustomed to where one can recharge and refocus for a week. Views (as seen in the attached photos) were incredible and serene. Staff is friendly, professional, and caring. Would recommend to anyone.

They had 8 hours notice that I was coming...with huge dietary restrictions... and they met my every need with EXCELLENCE! I felt spoiled and there wasn't a part of my stay that wasn't delightful. I CAN'T WAIT to go back!

Incredible family experience/adventure! The first time we went, my wife and I agreed it was the only family vacation we'd ever taken that didn't wear us out- on the contrary, the staff and venue fill you up and reinvigorate you with the love of Christ. Every day begins with breakfast as a family, followed by chapel praise and worship and family devotional time. Next, kids and adults go to respective bible study groups for the remainder of the am. After lunch, afternoons are filled with awesome Colorado outdoor activities, a ropes course with zip lines, kayaking/canoeing, and horseback rides. There is one day of the week where the entire group goes to the river and relaxes or plays all afternoon, and a second off camp adventure day including white water rafting or a jeep adventure. The food is not your typical camp food. It's actually really good and there are several healthy options available. I'm recently gluten free, and the staff catered to me as if it was no inconvenience whatsoever at every meal. The leadership staff are incredible, attentive, helpful, and they discharge all their duties with such a servants heart, you don't feel like you are putting them out at all when you make a request. They are truly there to serve and it is evident. We just completed our fifth week, and we will be back again next year, my family and I give Sky Ranch Ute Trail the highest possible recommendation.
