OMG. This place, I can't even begin to express my gratitude to the staff of this organization. We experienced a well-oiled party machine for my child's 7th bday. We barely had to lift a finger and the children were ecstatic overflowing with joy and not being annoying at all. I would give 8 stars if that was an option. Homie even lit the candles. Thank you Silver Stars!

My daughters have both been at Silverstar gymnastics for the past 7 to 8 years. In the past two years they’ve been with Coach AD in TNT. I have to say these past two years have been the girls favorite experience at Silverstar thus far! Coach AD has been wonderful in helping them progress and face their fears, challenging them every week, but providing the girls the safety and confidence they need! He also sends me highlights weekly of their progression. The girls have unlocked a new obsession with gymnastics and i really do think a good coach is what makes or breaks the experience and how far they’re willing to take their talent!

Wow, I just hosted my youngest daughter's birthday party there and I was so disappointed. I'll list the problems in the order from the most egregious to the least: 1) About 45 minutes into our 90 minute party, an employee tells me that they ran out of gloves the day prior, so they'll wash their hands and then serve our pizza and food with their bare hands. When I looked at them with skepticism, they said that they would be careful and "not touch our hair or anything". I then watched one staff member touch her face while serving food (and not wash or sanitize her hands) and the staff member who was the one to tell me they didn't have gloves, dropped my daughter's birthday candle on the floor, picked it up and proceeded to put it in her cupcake. When I told her she needed to use a new candle, she then put in a new candle...into the cupcake she'd already stuck the dirty candle in! Absolutely appalling! If they had told us ahead of time that they were out of gloves (which they had more than enough time to procure), we would have brought our own gloves, had family friends bring them, or even instacarted them to the gym. 2) The same person who put a dirty candle in my daughter's cupcake had the nerve to ask about a gratuity! I've never not tipped on a party before, but I was adamant in saying "no" I would not be paying a gratuity for the party. As I'm writing this review, I realize I shouldn't have even paid for the full price of the party- the experience was not one that I should be charged $500 for. 3) The week before the party and employee is supposed to call to iron out details. That call never came, I had to call myself on Thursday to speak to someone about the party (this party was actually rescheduled after a winter storm cancelled a previous date we had- they also didn't call us regarding details and we had to contact them, I believe on a Friday to discuss the party- also on Sunday) 4) The employees' energy was so low throughout the party, they rarely spoke above a regular speaking volume, meaning that the kids and parents couldn't really hear them, and during times of transitions they barely put any effort into rounding up the kids. One of them also spent an unusual amount of time chatting with me, rather than tending to the children who could have utilized the attention or the assistance with some of the activities. 5) The employees were at times brusque with the kids. It should be expected to have to re-direct kids. Telling them things like "sit down, now" or "stop it" didn't match the vibe of a party (and also isn't a super effective way to engage a child). These are just the short list, I could go on and on about the dim lighting in the bathroom, the haphazard way the food was passed out (again with ungloved hands), the way I was reminded repeatedly that the moon bounce I opted to have cost extra, the complete lack of structure as the kids just wandered around the entire gym, etc.. I was completely embarrassed by the service provided. As someone who hosted my older daughter's party here 5 years ago and had an incredible experience, I'm so sad to see how the quality has sharply declined. I won't be coming back here unless there is a complete turnaround.

We had a very nice experience at Silver Stars. This is my granddaughter’s second session with Coach Elly, and she truly is wonderful. She is extremely patient and has a lovely way of making my granddaughter feel comfortable, as she can be a bit shy and anxious at times. The only downside to the gym is that the main lobby can get pretty crowded and hectic on the weekends.
