Google Reviews
Powered by GoogleI chose this place based on the many five-star reviews, and I was really happy with the communication leading up to the event. Everything beforehand was smooth and reassuring. During the party, I would say the service was okay. As an educator, I did notice that some of the language used by staff wasn’t always appropriate for 3- and 4-year-olds. There were also moments where staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of children, which was noticeable not only to me but to several other parents as well. It may have just been a personality mismatch, but at times something felt a bit off in the overall interaction. Overall, it’s a cute concept and the kids did have fun.
We had my daughter's birthday party this weekend. She and her friends had a great time. There were 12 girls under 10 and the hosts were awesome. They were great at reigning them in when they needed their attention. The food turned out really good. I would recommend this as a birthday party or a fun activity for a group of kids.
We had a great 8 year old bday party here! They made pizza and donuts. We had plenty of space for parents to stay and sit if they wanted to - but parents didn’t have to do anything. :) the instructors were awesome - very clear instructions and they involved everyone.
Thank you for a wonderful 5th Birthday party for our daughter Ella. Very organized (which I appreciate) and entertaining/fun for all the kids. Thanks again!
Cannot recommend more highly! Got to celebrate my son’s 5th birthday here and it was perfect - and selfishly so easy for me! The kids (age 3-9) made pizza and had the best time! It was such a well organized process and we all had a blast. Definitely recommend!
