★★★★Ashley ClarkI chose this place based on the many five-star reviews, and I was really happy with the communication leading up to the event. Everything beforehand was smooth and reassuring. During the party, I would say the service was okay. As an educator, I did notice that some of the language used by staff wasn’t always appropriate for 3- and 4-year-olds. There were also moments where staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of children, which was noticeable not only to me but to several other parents as well. It may have just been a personality mismatch, but at times something felt a bit off in the overall interaction. Overall, it’s a cute concept and the kids did have fun.

They were great at reigning them in when they needed their attention. The food turned out really good. I would recommend this as a birthday party or a fun activity for a group of kids.
