It is tucked into a bucolic community of towering trees and well tended gardens, but once you find it you are in for a lively treat. We arrived in early afternoon and the place was hopping with so much activity. I'm not sure of all the summer programs but there much better many for every age because the place was so busy( and it smelled great from the culinary summer program's work in the well placed kitchen). The Plein Art Show was first quality and extensive. Not particularly affordable to buy but free to view. Who could ask for more?

The WAC is a beautiful and historic location full of amazing works of art. The after school and camp programs are taught by caring and knowledgeable artists who want to share their skill. WAC is a highly recommend must do for any art lover!

I visited the Wayne Art Center on a Tuesday and had a lovely, quiet experience. The admission is free, and while the space is small, it is very well-kept and welcoming. Right now, the galleries are filled with incredible quilt work. You can really see the long hours and dedication put into every piece—the craftsmanship is beautiful. Most of the designs really stood out to me. It's a peaceful gem in Wayne if you’re looking for a quick 30 to 45 minutes artistic escape!

Went to visit Art Quilt Exhibition and the displays are exceptional. Susan gave us the tour and she’s very knowledgeable and friendly!

Great place to take art classes and learn new skills while building community with other local artists. The rotating exhibits are excellently curated.
