If I could give this zero stars I would! I took my kids here for a simple swimming outing, but the experience turned into something really upsetting due to both the environment and the staff’s lack of action. After swimming we sat in the seating area while I gave my kids some snacks. A visibly intoxicated woman sat next to us and began making inappropriate disturbing comments directed at my children. I initially tried to ignore her hoping she would move along but the situation quickly escalated. She stood over my infant in their car seat which felt threatening and completely unacceptable. I repeatedly asked her to back away from my kids because I had no idea what she might do in her condition. Instead of stepping in, staff and security stood by and watched the situation unfold. Even as the woman continued yelling, using profanity, and attempting to get closer to my children who were clearly frightened no one intervened or made any effort to de-escalate or remove her. This place not only failed to provide a safe, family-friendly environment but the complete lack of response from staff made the situation far worse. It was an extremely distressing experience and I would not recommend this facility to families expecting basic safety and support.
The pools are really cool, kids love them for sure. The family locker room is a joke though, there is nowhere for a family to change, a few tiny little benches do not cut it. The weekend was kinda insane, could not believe how many people were there, you could barely move through the place it was so crowded. Not sure if we just went on an extra busy day or if it's like that every weekend.
I think it’s a bit ridiculous that you make parents pay for a ticket into the pool when they are not going to be swimming at all. I should be able to go into the pool area so I can supervise my child in the pool without having to pay. I understand if I was going to be swimming then of course I would buy a ticket but to just go sit in there and watch my kid swim that should not cost me anything.
Best place around to take the little ones, rain or shine. So many things to do and the library across the parking lot is the best. Fun, affordable water park- Great for all ages. Quiet, beautifully kept, clean and safe. Definitely check this out!
