Perfect balance of patience and structure, fun and gentle guidance. The facilities are immaculately maintained, clean, and stylish. There's a comfortable waiting area for tired parents and a stocked play area for accompanying siblings. The whole experience was a smashing success for my barely 4yo, I mean, she cried on the way out not wanting to leave. Needless to say we are all in!
