Came here last week swimming and working out with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The locker rooms were spotless and clean and smelled like a hot guys cologne which we enjoyed. Also the pool was very clean and sanitary as well. We did swim down to the the deep end and we saw something weird. A huge grate on the wall with a turbine fan thing inside of it. We asked the lifeguards what this was and they said it helps clean the pool at night. Me and my boyfriend Connor decided to swim down and look at it . While we were looking at it underwater it turned on and pulled us against the grate. Lucky for us someone got the lifeguards attention and they jumped on to save us or so we thought. When the lifeguards got down to us they asked if we wanted to buy a 400 pound Braun TSL washer. We were shocked that these cute lifeguard guys were selling us a washer before saving us. They said in order for the fan to shut off we must put a 400$ down payment on the washer. Fortunately, for us, we always dive with cash on us so we had the money. They then shut off the fans, saved our lives and pulled us up to the surface. Me and my boyfriend thanked them and left the ymca wondering if this place hired true lifeguard hero’s or laundry salesman disguised as lifeguards. Look at the pictures we took and ask yourself was it worth buying such a big washer and look at the lifeguards and ask yourself, lifeguards or laundry salesman??

Great mission and wonderful staff members. My issue is the free weight workout room. It's a sweet box. Your practically bumping into each other. And there's only one bench? This is more of a basement gym setup than anything. I notice older photos of the gym on the site and is a misconception to what the gym looks like today. It's just to small and what's up with the plastic cup machine? An extreme amount of pollution is generated from this.

So far, so good. My daughter and I have been there once for the baby swim lessons, and it was great. Im not a member, so I wasn't able to use all of the amenities. But the staff was nice and the pool lessons (so far) were fun.
