Roots Soccer League is a town-based youth soccer league founded in 2016 that serves the Pioneer Valley of western Massachusetts from 181 Root Road in Westfield. It is a town/travel ('super rec') league rather than a summer camp: it hosts over 350 teams at 7U through 14U in the fall, adds a high-school bracket in the spring, and draws travelling teams from Vermont and Connecticut. The adjacent Roots Athletic Center provides three indoor turf fields, an indoor track and two lit outdoor turf fields.
