Waited and no refund came, then when I was texting ( no one picked up the phone) I kept getting responses like the refund will come in 5 days. Finally I had my husband start texting them with me texting them daily as well, until we finally got the refund promised. It took 2 months to get it back and I didn’t even receive a response from them everyday I texted. So unprofessional!
