Formerly the private pool and courts for the neighboring mansion, RTC is a very private, small tennis club with a large pool, tiny snack bar, two outdoor courts, one indoor court, and about 25 member families. Everyone knows each other and security is high. New families, typically with young children or interested in several games of tennis a week year round, may apply and be accepted through a stringent board review process similar to buying a co-op apartment.
