The culture at Rising Stars is one of acceptance and inclusion, and the teams become very close as they support each other and cheer for each other. Tiffany is an incredible coach who puts her whole heart and soul into her students. She teaches them and has them work hard to reach her expectations, while encouraging and caring for them. As a result, their self-confidence grows along with their skills, and it impacts them in many areas of their lives. Tiffany’s coaching style is such that students from 20 years ago are still reaching out to her to let her know what is going on in their lives, because they know how much she cares, and because she was a big part of the foundation they built when they were younger that helped them make these achievements. This is the best place for young people to learn what it means to be a triple threat with singing, dancing, and acting, and to have wonderful opportunities and experiences to perform!
