I am so happy to provide a review for Utah Arts Collective. My daughter has recently transitioned from another studio to UAC and her experience could not be more positive. My daughter’s technique has improved exponentially in one year’s time, giving her the confidence and stage presence that is needed to be competitive. We are part of one of UAC’s competitive dance teams and my favorite thing about this is the dance teachers and dance studio director. They truly care about my daughter’s growth as a dancer. She is pushed constantly in a way she never was before. The dancers are truly put into a position to be competitive and excelling is an expectation that we were lacking at our other studio. Our daughter is given constructive feedback, this is something that she feels that she can build on and welcomes from her teachers. More importantly, feedback is given by instructors that want to see her succeed. My daughter is also encouraged with positive reinforcement in class in a way that builds poise and confidence in her as a dancer. We love dancing at UAC and look forward to more competitive dance seasons to come.

UAC has been such a gift to our family! Emmi’s experience in their theater program ignited her passion for performing and gave her the skills and confidence to continue growing in productions. The foundation she built here has been invaluable. My son, Orion, has been in the preschool program since he was two, and I love how creativity and the arts are seamlessly woven into education. The nurturing and imaginative environment allows kids to express themselves, explore, and grow in such a beautiful way. The dedication of the teachers and staff truly shines through in everything they do. We are so grateful to be part of this community!

Our daughter began dancing with UAC when she was 3 years old and has been there for the past 3 years. She has loved her time there. The instructors, technique, and opportunities offered by Utah Arts Collective are excellent. We have watched our daughter grow in her ability and confidence. She is building friendships alongside life skills such as learning how to work with others on a team, discipline, and the importance of consistency all while having a great time! We have been especially grateful for the tasteful and age appropriate approach to music, dance choreography, and costumes. We feel very fortunate to have our daughter learning and growing as a dancer at UAC!

We LOVE UAC!! My daughter is 7 and has been dancing here for several years now and my 2 other children do the preschool here! They are top notch at everything! My daughter has improved so much in dance. It’s no secret that they create the best dancers around here for sure! Also the preschools are nice small classes and so much fun my kids love to come and learn! I’ve been incredibly happy with having all my children attend UAC and would highly recommend them to everyone! I think they are the best of the best at what they do!

I can’t begin to say how amazing this dance company is. They offer all kinds of different technique classes to fit your child’s dance style and offer different levels for your child to advance in their dance abilities. They also have so many skilled teachers at their studio. During an extremely difficult time in my child’s life and mine, this UAC made sure to include my daughter in all the activities and classes that were scheduled while my daughter was in her cast. My daughter was born with Hip Dysplasia and needed a surgery to help correct her hip placement. This was something that was unavoidable and our family was dreading it. At the time of her surgery she was on one of UACs amazing competition dance teams. My daughter had to miss a few classes due to the surgery which was tough on her. However, once she was feeling back to “normal” the dance company allowed her to return in her cast and wheelchair to participate in practices with her friends and help keep things as normal as possible for her. They also allowed me to stay in the classes to help her participate and accommodate everything she needed like getting in and out of her chair to participate in any floor stretches or dance moves. They praised my daughter for attending classes and for her participation or at least her effort in those classes along with the other students. During one of the performances, we didn’t think my daughter would be able to participate since she was still in her wheelchair and in a large cast. However, the teachers worked on making accommodations to have her participate and be included in the performance with her friends/teammates. This melted my heart as a mom. Having my daughter included meant everything to me and to her as well. She had so much fun and enjoyed being with her team showing off all the skills she had worked so hard on to learn. Thank you UAC for being our little dance family and including our little girl in all things she could do while she was in her wheelchair and cast. We will forever be grateful.
