Powered by GoogleI can’t say enough good things about Rising Heights, it’s truly amazing! Ms. Chloe is the absolute best dance teacher. She creates such a welcoming, encouraging, and patient environment. The entire team is kind, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping kids grow—not just as dancers, but as independent and confident individuals. We’re so grateful to be part of this community!
My daughter really enjoyed her time at Rising Heights. We found the team there to be professional and kind. If we had any issues with the payment system they quickly fixed the problem. The studio is on the smaller size but they make it work well. My daughter’s teacher was attentive and focused on ballet skills fitting for the class. My daughter learned a lot! We definitely recommend this dance studio.
Oh my goodness! This last recital was over the top! Thank you thank you Miss Madison and staff! Having worked with children for the last 50+years (where did the time go?), I honestly can say that it is a very challenging but rewarding job. These students were pure perfection and that only comes from a mutual love and respect teacher to student to teacher. I simply can’t say enough about the obvious love that Miss Madison shows to her students. Every child needs more than just parents to encourage their dreams. Miss Madison took the time for every child and it showed! I just read the grandma’s negative comment. To think that a first recital is the epitome of dance class clearly is not familiar with instruction in the arts. To expect “all her money back” is ludicrous. Instead the child should be congratulated on the time that she had the courage to come on stage.
You may not expect a small town like Kalama, Washington to be the home of such a well-rounded dance community, but here it is. Once you meet Madison Lucas, it will be obvious to you that owning and operating this studio is what she was born to do. She is passionate about dance, and she truly seems to care about each student's individual experience. She is an excellent teacher herself, and she has carefully chosen only other teachers and staff who excel at their own craft. She has only recently taken ownership of this program, but with talent, knowledge, and love like hers, I know this business will continue to thrive in the future, as will any student lucky enough to learn here. I highly recommend this dance studio for both fun and skill for dance students.
I was amazed by their recitals this weekend! I came to watch my niece and nephew and this company blew me away with how great they treated their students. You can tell the teachers love the students and the students love their teachers! The kids in the junior show were absolutely adorable (and with so many little tots not everything went perfect but the kids looked like they were having so much fun)! And the closing performance was fun and the solos were beautiful! Costumes were cute and appropriate. Music made you want to get up and dance along with them. All in all, if you’re looking for a dance studio for your child to join you should definitely check out Rising Heights!!
