Redmond West Little League is a community-based, volunteer-run Little League in Redmond offering baseball and softball for children ages 5 to 18, including T-ball for ages 5 to 6, coach-pitch for ages 6 to 8, baseball for ages 8 to 14, programs for ages 13 to 16, and a Challenger division for players under 18 with physical, developmental or intellectual disabilities. Its summer program is a low-pressure recreational league rather than a camp: games are played twice a week in the evenings at Hartman Park with no scheduled practices, and it is open to players from all nearby leagues regardless of Little League boundaries.

Underly competitive, there were only 3 teams in Majors and we had to compete with the TWO teams from Bellevue West. My son's team got destroyed in many of his games so I would just find another Little League if I were you.

We have had our two daughters in RWLL for the past few years and they have had an absolute blast. Most of our games are played at Hartman park- which couldn’t be better for baseball/softball- and this is also where a majority of our practices are held. The league is efficiently organized and led by good hearted and very passionate people who truly care about the kids. Robert Hartman is one of these people and has also been our youngest daughters coach since we’ve lived in the area. Great instruction and a lot of fun. My favorite thing is the snack shack with the mini gas station style powdered donuts they sell. Compared to other youth sports, baseball/softball require a lot more involvement from volunteers with umpiring/coaching/scorekeeping/field prep, etc. This would be the only area that I hope this league can improve on - which is more parents in the area doing what they can to help out as it really does take a lot to keep things going. If your thinking about signing up but aren’t quite sure- sign your son or daughter up! Not a better way for these little people to make friends.

Both of our kids have participated in Redmond West Little League for the past 5-6 years. It's been an incredible experience for not only the kids, but for the entire family. The philosophy of the league lends itself to a fun experience through healthy competition. There is always a good mix of kids who have not played, along with experienced players. This is fantastic recreational baseball environment. There is nothing like a warm afternoon at Hartman Park watching the kids play ball. I highly recommend families take a look at Redmond West Little League!

I've had three daughters go through the league and now have a two sons and another daughter registered for the 2018 season. It a great experience that teaches lots of great life lessons for the kids.... and us parents too. 2018 Registration is underway.

I have had a son and daughter play in RWLL over the last 10 years. Both kids enjoyed the experience, and frankly so do the parents. They take care to make sure all teams are evenly matched when formed, and the league provides all the gear and even some outside training for the players and coaches. Great opportunity for kids new to the sport to get exposed to baseball-softball, and for the players that are already accomplished to play with their friends.
