Quarter Zero (QO) runs a teen entrepreneurship summer program based at UC Santa Barbara. The QO Startup Camp is a 5- or 10-day residential experience for incoming high school freshmen through seniors, mixing real startup projects with local activities like surfing, kayaking, and rock climbing; the Catapult Incubator is a five-week program traveling from Santa Barbara to Silicon Valley and New York. Powered by GoogleOne of the most impactful experiences I've ever had. From quality curriculum and challenging workshops, Josh and the Quarter Zero team leveled up both my ability to clearly define problems and build viable solutions.
Wonderful people, great ideas, best intentions. Wish everyone at Quarter Zero only the best. We were blown away by the first interaction we had 7 years ago. It was a breath of fresh air for us. Opened eyes and made looking at our journey as parents with more introspection. And for students it brought home the idea of what good looks like.
Our son participated in the Quarter Zero program summer of 2020 and in the fellowship program for the 2020-21 school year. We were blown away with the level of programming and professionalism, especially during these difficult and unprecedented times. Q0 kept him engaged for 2 weeks and the level of achievement and accomplishment was outstanding. The fellowship program has kept our son enthusiastic and engaged throughout the school year. Founder Josh Collins is a gem. He has remained so positive, caring and has had a profound positive impact on our son's growth.
