Gaia Guides runs small outdoor-adventure summer camps for children ages 6–14 at Ballena Bay Marina in Alameda, centered on kayaking, paddleboarding, marine-biology exploration, and environmental education, plus mindfulness, art, and water-safety training. Founded in 2017, it offers full-day (9am–4pm) and half-day (9am–1pm) week-long sessions with a 1:6 instructor-to-camper ratio and CPR/First Aid-trained staff. Campers always wear life jackets.

I learned that my daughters was able to finish a 4hr paddling by themselves. This is not only fun, and also build their resiliency.
