ProSwing of Mount Kisco runs summer baseball camps where campers rotate through instructor-led fundamental stations covering hitting, infield and outfield play, baserunning, throwing and receiving, and speed and conditioning, followed by age-appropriate instructional games. Campers are grouped from beginner to advanced and the camper-to-instructor ratio is generally no greater than 5:1, with professional ProSwing instructors assisted by high-school and college student-athletes. Camp runs on outdoor fields but is not cancelled for rain: activities move indoors to the Radio Circle Drive facility. ProSwing also runs after-school programs, lessons and the Grayhounds travel program.

After some time away, my youngest has been playing for a few years in the 11U travel baseball with ProSwing Mt. Kisco with Vic and Howie Silvestri. These 2 are the best coaches and they get the most out of the boys. I am really grateful that we are playing for ProSwing Mt. Kisco and not Portchester, Dan Gray the owner of Mt. Kisco runs a great facility that is the perfect size that players get the attention and direction that they deserve. One of the many important life lessons that they have taught my son is the acronym and meaning of "TEAM" T ogether E veryone A chieves M ore. Although ProSwing Mt. Kisco and Portchester share the same name but they are not the same, not close. ProSwing Mt. Kisco is in a class of their own, my boys have played for both places and ProSwing Mt. Kisco is clearly #1.
