Technique Tigers is an exceptional program for development and growth. I've had the pleasure of knowing the coaches there for quite some time, ever since my younger brother joined their initial TNT academy. Now, my son is part of their 8U team. The coaches at Technique Tigers are incredible. Recently, my son did a catching clinic with Coach Orlando. During the clinic, Coach O encouraged player to player feedback. After a teammate shared feedback, Coach O praised both players. This reflected his dedication to individual growth and teamwork. On the weekend, my son loves supporting Coach Manny and his teammates by catching bullpens during pitching lessons. This has helped to enhance his skills but also has instilled a sense of responsibility. When my grandson turned 13, I wanted him to get the best training I could find. After searching the web, I found Technique Tigers whose website emphasized they were a baseball academy not a travel program. I read the profiles of their coaching staff and was impressed with their background and experience. My grandson has been in the program now for three seasons and we are very satisfied with the training he has received. He has gotten better both with his catching and his hitting, and has met a lot of great teammates. My initial thought after seeing practices for the first time was “If anyone wants to know how to run a program, they need to see these practices”. I would highly recommend the program for any player who wants to improve their game.
