My son did two different holiday camps with Premier. The camps were disappointing. They could have been better organized by the director, Anne, to be more effective at improving skills and being more enjoyable. There was a significant amount of idle time that the kids were sitting and watching. This problem could have been easily fixed by simply having one more coach and opening up the secondary gym that was connected to the main gym. With another gym available and one more coach, there would be no need to have kids wait for their turn to scrimmage. There should have been much more active time, less passive time. Basic drills dominated the camp with minimal scrimmage time or challenging drills. On one day, the middle schoolers scrimmaged with the 2nd and 3rd graders. With such a significant gap in skill and physical development, it serves no purpose for either age group. The camp ended early on the last day. That time could have been spent on scrimmaging, even if it was five minutes. The doors to the school were closed and locked each day after the camp started, which prevented parents from coming back early to watch their kids play. I literally banged on the doors for 15 minutes before another parent finally noticed me and let me in. Just simply have one of the coaches checking the doors periodically to see if any parents need to be let in. I realize this is a safety protocol to lock the doors, but you are shutting out parents from watching their kids play. Finally, for the director, how about not trying to sell me on additional Premier leagues and camps without asking for feedback about how to make the camp better that I paid for? Need better customer service. The frustrating thing about the issues I mentioned is that they are easily fixable and should have already been fixed by asking for feedback through a survey or just being engaging with the parents who are paying you.

We cannot say enough about Premier Basketball Club! 🏀 From Little Ballers to Premier Skills Sessions to competitive Club Team basketball, my son has consistently received quality instruction from coaches who are passionate about the sport and want to see the athletes learn and compete at a high level in the game. Premier is a classy, high quality organization where the players and coaches maintain respect for one another and grow together in a positive environment. We have experienced only positive things in Premier Basketball Club. My son consistently continues to grow, improve and most importantly LOVE the game of basketball as a result of his time with Premier!

We have had a great experience with Premier over the last 4+ years. Both of our daughters started in the little ballers program which has a strong focus on skills. They moved into the competitive leagues from there. The girls they have played with have been great kids and they have formed good friendships. The coaching is focused on them understanding the game and pushing themselves to continue to improve. We have attended several camps over the years which the girls enjoyed. We also have multiple out of state tournaments throughout the year which pushes them out of their comfort zone against new competition. Being part of an EYBL organization gives the girls a big goal to strive for. We appreciate the premier staff and can’t say enough about Anne’s relationships and leadership with the kids.

We’ve been part of Premier Basketball Club on the girls side for two years now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our daughter. She first got introduced to Premier at a camp run by the director (Anne), and that’s really where everything clicked. From there she jumped into the 3v3 league and eventually joined a club team, and her love for basketball has only grown deeper since. One of the things we value most is the community we’ve found here. The environment on our current team is so welcoming. The coaches truly care about the girls, and the parents and players have become like family. We’ve built genuine friendships, including with Anne, who has been such an encouragement and a big part of my daughter’s growth both on and off the court. Premier has given her not just skills, but confidence, joy, and a place where she feels supported. We’re grateful to be part of this program and excited for all the seasons still ahead.

We have had such a positive experience with Premier Basketball!! We have been a part of Premier Basketball since our kiddo was in their "Little Ballers" program, we have done SEVERAL of their skills camps (which are really good!), the 3v3 league and competitive team play. We have been so happy with the experience our kiddo has had with all of the Premier programs. The high level of coaching we have seen in the Premier programs have been amazing!!
