A two-hour private class for up to three people is a great deal, and then they dry, glaze and fire your pieces for pick up a few weeks later. We each ended up with 3-4 imperfectly perfect pieces.

The staff at Portland pottery was so accommodating with our reservation to allow us to bring along my 9 month old and daughters age 7&4. They had their own hand building time while we worked on the wheel. Our instructor Allegra was so kind and helpful. Her demonstration was great and we were each able to build 3+ pieces during our class time. Would 1000% love to come back again because we had a wonderful time!
