Play Pensacola, the City of Pensacola's Parks & Recreation department, runs summer day camps for children ages 5-12 with field trips, swimming, computer labs, and indoor and outdoor activities. Camps run Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and are complemented by specialty camps in outdoor adventures (kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing), soccer, and volleyball for older kids. Sliding-scale scholarships cover 10-50% of tuition for qualifying families.
