Did I come all this way from Salt Lake City, Utah to see Sweetpea yes I did! What a darling sea turtle and a proud staff that gives a deep respect to their conservation work. Spent 20 minutes there learning and seeing their exhibits, a good place to bring kids for a quick stop out of the sun before you go back on the beach

Beautiful day to take a bunch of 3rd graders on a fieldtrip to learn about our sea animals! If you are able to go check out the Navarre Science Center.

One of my children decided on our visit to Alabama that he NEEDED to see a sea turtle. Upon our research we discovered the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle conservatory and made the trek to Florida. We had a great experience and he had a chance to see Sweet Pea the resident sea turtle at the station. We enjoyed learning about the other local sea life and about sea turtles who visited the beaches along the gulf shore. Thanks for the educational experience while on vacation.
