Play Adventures is a Merced nonprofit offering outdoor, play-based, child-directed programs including a Forest Preschool, an after-school program, a 'my grownup and me' program for toddlers, and full-day camps. Rooted in the European 'Playwork' approach, its programs run in an outdoor environment and adapt to the children participating. Financial assistance and a scholarship fund are available, and all children are accepted.
