He worked so gently and attentively with my 3 year old daughter, helping her overcome her hesitation about getting water on her face. At no point did he make her feel rushed, ashamed, or embarrassed. He met her exactly where she was and celebrated her progress every step of the way. Because of his calm and encouraging approach, she is now so much more confident and comfortable in the water. I also have a 1 year old son, and I’m already looking forward to having Coach Frank teach him as well when he’s a bit older. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!
