I felt upset after suggestions of wrongdoing on my part over a simple misunderstanding that could have been avoided if my question had been taken seriously instead of written off as a "general question," whatever that means. Even if my new membership covers this location, I won't be coming back here again. I'll stick with the other branches that are much more welcoming and better at working through problems that arise.
