Powered by GoogleWe LOVE Pittsboro Gymnastics! My 4 year old is in the Mini Ninjas class and both he and my 1.5 year old stay for Bookworms every week. There is nothing my kids look forward to more each week than coming here. Coach Kaitlin does an awesome job running the gym - super clear communication about everything, and she's amazing with kids. I do try to keep my little one occupied during the story time at Bookworms since he can't really sit through it without distracting the other kids (usually just walk around or bring him outside if he gets noisy) but then he loves running around exploring the gym. It's also easily the most reasonably priced gym around; we've been to other gyms where it just feels like they're trying to profit off your kids' energy, but Kaitlin really cares about providing a good experience for your kids and your family, and it shows! Can't recommend it highly enough
We absolutely LOVE Pittsboro Gymnastics. Our 3yo daughter has thrived there. Coach Kaitlin is so great with all the kids and it’s such a fun and welcoming space. A local treasure!
My kid looks forward to gymnastics class every week! Caitlin is an incredible teacher and is so great with the kids, even when they get a little crazy! Each class the activities are different, challenging the kids in new ways and teaching them new things. Caitlin is encouraging, creative, and kind. I love that it’s a local, family owned business that truly cares about the kids. I would definitely recommend Bookworms, as it’s a great way to get your kid used to the space and get a feel for what a class might feel like (Caitlin sets up an activity)—but keep in mind this class is open gym and younger littles may need your help playing with everything they have to offer, and Caitlin runs the class all by herself! We will always shout our praises of Pittsboro Gymnastics and Caitlin from the rooftops!!
This is an incredibly professional and fun gymnastics studio. Coach Caitlin is very attentive and knowledgeable and kind. She has been great at encouraging and engaging my kid as well as helping her to be brave. The facility is amazing. Caitlin keeps things fresh and new with various activities each week that are catered to my kids age group. She’s kind with us parents too and is understanding and flexible. This is a family owned business and not some mega corporation that just wants your money. She really cares about the kids. We loved the Bookworms, it was a great way to have a physical story-time and free play at the gym. I highly recommend stopping by for the Bookworms class if your kid is over 2- it’s perfect to engage but also get some energy out!
My son just turned a year old so I thought the open gym they offer would be perfect for him since he’s too young for any real structure. First thing that bothered me was the instructor, whoever she was, never introduced herself to me and only said a few words to my son right before the class ended. Second, she planned an activity that was much too advanced for him, which I realize he was the minority as far as age goes but as a professional I expected her to maybe assist us with some age appropriate activities or something. Instead, she just walked around and chatted with everyone else. Everything was tucked away and since it was our first class and I didn’t know what I was allowed to touch, we just went and stood in the corner. Eventually, my son got a little more comfortable and just started walking around and I followed but that was the extent. Super disappointed. I was really excited about this but sadly we won’t be back.
