Powered by GoogleWent to a birthday party here. The host said it was super easy. Staff was nice, facility was really impressive and clean, including the bathrooms. I have nothing bad to say about my time there.
They have 14-day money-back guarantee if a class isn’t the right fit. My child attended one class, didn’t want to continue, and we stopped well within 14 days. Despite paying yearly and monthly fees upfront, we never received a refund. Also there was a different instructor than we expected.
I want to preface this review by saying my daughter has been going here since she was 3 years old. She is now turning 7 in October, it has not always been a smooth ride due to inconsistency in instructors over the years, and lack of communication but because she enjoyed it so much I’ve allowed her to go. I emailed them August 12, saying that I would be unenrolling her due to her BROKEN arm she obtained outside of the classes. Someone responded saying that I need to unenroll her on the website but I directly told them I could NOT, because the website link was not working and if they could unenroll her, at this point it’s past august 15th which is their deadline which is why I told them I emailed them on the 12th. As a “courtesy” they said they would refund me , and has now been a month with no refund. And after 2 follow up emails no response either. If you want a family centered children first facility for your child to do gymnastics in I would avoid this place. I don’t understand how a business can take money from a child who has a broken arm.
Great facility and very nice staff
My daughter went there a few years ago at their old facility and loved it. Her instructors were super friendly and helpful. She goes there again- at their new facility, which is incredible. The instructors are still extremely friendly and helpful. I watch her classes and pay attention to other classes going on at that same time too and all of the instructors are always smiling, patient, and friendly.
