Powered by GoogleAbsolutely love going to open gym on Saturdays with my 2.5 year old. Coach Avery is an absolute gem, so kind and outgoing! Grayson has become so much more confident at the gym and is so excited when he does something new. Thank you for all you guys do!!
Our son Cameron has gone to the tiny tots program for 2 years. I cannot even express how much this program has meant to our family. He started off barely knowing how to take turns or follow a structured routine and now he has learned to follow along, listen, take turns, and has made so much progress on his gross motor skills. Ms. Cara has always been amazing with our little guy and Cameron always looks forward to getting all his energy out here. We are very happy with Hampshire Gymnastics!
I will say my daughter absolutely loved going here this year. But sadly at the end of the year I don’t see that she actually picked up any real gymnastics skills and I can see if she had more instruction she could have. They don’t really teach they just supervise the kids while they go around the gym kind of like a playground. When it comes to doing handstands, cartwheels, back walkovers there’s little actual instruction. They just show them once and watch them try without correcting them or really teaching. That said my daughter loved the teachers and it was a great social experience. It’s very expensive here and not worth it for what you get.
This gym has been a place for my daughter to grow as an athlete and a person. It has taught her confidence, good sportsmanship, and the importance of showing up. As I’ve spent some time at competitions, I’ve noticed the incredibly high standard this gym holds their students to. Proud that my daughter goes here. Thank you to her outstanding coaches.
This gym and the owners are amazing! I grew up in this gym, learning gymnastics, strength, bravery, and courage. I went here for 14 years, doing team for 10. I've "retired" from gymnastics now, but I wish I lived close enough to take my own daughters here. I did gymnastics on the same team as the current owner and she's not just an amazing gymnast, but a great person. When I reached out with a gymnastics question -- about a challenge I was having with my girls' current gym -- she was quick to respond and provided great advice. I recommend Talya and Hampshire Gymnastics school without reservation!
