I go to watch my niece do gymnastics here- I look forward to it every week. Nice facility.

I would not recommend this facility. Over time, the overall quality has clearly gone downhill. For a business that charges premium prices, the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. The gymnastics area waiting room in particular is outdated and desperately needs a complete refresh. What's even more disappointing is the billing situation. We are being charged a month and a half due to a scheduling conflict that was not our fault. When I raised this concern, I was told there was a "big waiting list." If that were truly the case, then why not fill the spot instead of charging us the extra month and a half? Yes, they have a 30 day policy. Charge me for this month but to bill me for the following month is ridiculous. The lack of flexibility and fairness, combined with the dismissive response, reflects poor business ethics. A business that claims high demand should not be penalizing loyal customers for circumstances beyond their control. The owner could greatly benefit from a lesson in professionalism, it’s not always about getting every last penny.

They do not make it clear the programs are billed monthly when signing up (although they do have it buried in a FAQ on their website which is both poorly built and difficult to navigate). They also have a 30 day cancellation policy which will charge you for another month after you decide to cancel if your child isn't taking to it. Cost me $600 for about 8 total lessons between my 2 kids. $75 a class when you factor in the pickpocketing for the extra month on the way out the door. Not great.

Totally about the money in our opinion. We had to cancel a session for the following year, more than a month before the start of classes, and were told that we were getting a credit for a significant amount as they apparently keep a deposit no matter how long in advance you cancel. My child said they didn’t care for the teachers so doesn’t want to go back at a later date, so we signed up with Pioneer in EL instead.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star.. was told we could “try out” a class and decide if we liked it- we were in the toddler pea and pod group- room was dirty- equipment old- the teacher barely paid any attention to us- the kids were basically running around with no structure… then when I told the front desk I didn’t want to keep my daughter there- they told me I was out the months money of $68.00!!! This place is a scam- DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO PIONEER GYMNASTICS in East Longmeadow!!! Cleaner- nicer staff- professional AND $20.00 less a month!!!!
