It is a free class on Tuesdays @10 in the morning and I recommend it to everyone that can get there. Rodney is a fun and invigorating teacher.

Everything here look likes it's received a little government-sponsored love recently except maybe the fitness trail and the old tb hospital building. Definitely worth the visit! Also there are some very nice trees here for those who like that.
