However, I did experience some difficulty with communication with one of the teachers, to the point where I was unable to receive quick clarification regarding routine and rehearsal details. I understand this is a very busy time for the studio and that teachers need to keep classes moving, but having to communicate through the owner instead of directly with the teacher was challenging. Aside from that, we have enjoyed our experience at the studio. This feedback is simply shared in hopes of improving communication with parents going forward. Update: Thank you for your response. My concern was specially about no receiving replies from the teacher, which lead to the owner needing to contact me directly. I understand systems and communication tools can have limitations, but I wanted to share my personal expreince.
